And if at all any claims are raised by the user pertaining to the quantity, quality or otherwise of the food ordered, the user-member understands and accepts that his claim is and will only be raised against the associate hotel and not against cityfoods.in. The user-member understands and expressly agrees that Cityfoods.in cannot be held liable or responsible in any way to the loss, damage, injury whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential to all that arising out of the relationship between the user-member and the associate/hotel whose products or preparations are availed by the user.
