2 . How do I start ordering from my favourite restaurant?
Ans: Please follow these simple steps to order online:
a) Click on the location where you want the delivery.
b) You will list of cuisines and restaurants in that area. Proceed by clicking
on the kind of food you want. Clicking on a Cuisine radio button will populate
the dropdown with restaurants that have that cuisine as their speciality.
c) Once you have decided the restaurants based on the various search criteria,
click on "Search Meal".
d) This would either give you a list of restaurants or if you have zeroed upon
a particular restaurant, the menu of that place. If you get a list, click on the
restaurant name to see their menu.
e) Enter the quantity against the items you want and add them to your cart.
f) Once done, click on proceed.
g) Update the quantity if you wish to, or else select the option you would want(Home
Delivery/ Pick Up/ Dine at Restaurant).
H) Fill out the details on the checkout page and you are done!

list?
Ans:
In case you do not find the area where you reside in the list, please click on a
location that is nearer to your place. For Eg, if you are looking for a delivery
on Saligramam, please look at restaurants that deliver in Vadapalani etc.

Ans: Once you log-in, you would be able to see a link "Edit Password". This would take you to the password change page.

Ans: On the menu page of a particular restaurant, you would see a link "Add my favourites"
just below the restaurant address. Click on the link
to add the restaurant to your favourites.

7 . How to become a member of Cityfoods.in?
Ans: Registering with cityfoods.in is very easy. You will see a link "Signup"
on the top menu bar. Click on that, fill in your details and you are done.

8 . I placed an order and got a mail with an order code along with
the order details. What is the use of this order code?
Ans: The order code is for your reference. This is the code that we use to store
all our orders. If in future in case of any disputes pertaining to a particular
order, you can get back the order details from us through this order code

9 . How do I know my order has gone through?
Ans: When you complete the checkout process, our computer will tell you that your order
has been sent. We take it from there to make sure the restaurant receives your order.
You will also typically receive an email confirmation message from us after your
order has been confirmed by the restaurant (though you need not wait for this email
to know that your order has been sent). If there is any kind of problem with your
order, we will attempt to contact you by email and sms confirmation. Please make sure
to always include a current telephone number where you can be reached, in case we
need to contact you.

What do I do?

You would be able to recover your cart only if you were ordering as a logged
in customer. In case you were logged in while ordering before, login again. You
would see a link "My Incomplete Orders". Click on the order that you left incomplete
and proceed with ordering. In case you were not logged in, there is no way we can
track your order.
